ABOUT US
In July 2018 I decided to open my very own Eufora Exclusive salon studio which is known as “Hair Haven”. I have been doing hair in the South Bay for 20+ years. My favorite thing is creating beautiful hair that lasts. I like to create the complete picture and therefore truly enjoy doing both color and cuts. Although I pride myself in really listening to my clients wants and needs I must admit that I live for the days that clients come in and say “Do Whatever”. I also enjoy using extensions to enhance my clients look. I encourage my guests to bring pictures to share with me as it helps me to understand their hair goals. If you don’t look good, I don’t look good. My job is so much more than just doing hair. I teach and I also learn. Doing hair and creating beauty is my passion. I am dedicated to continued education for myself to ensure that I am in the know of the latest and greatest in this industry. I ask for your patience and that you allow me time to be creative. I do not like to rush... your hair is my masterpiece. Sometimes achieving your dream hair is a bit of a journey, just trust the process. It’ll be worth it! Before leaving my salon I will be sure to recommend the appropriate Eufora products that will help keep your hair in tip top shape. I look forward to working with you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients will receive a confirmation text 72hrs and 24hrs prior to their scheduled appointment. I have a strict 24 hour cancellation, no show and rescheduling policy. You will be charged 30% of the cancelled or no showed service fee. Any unpaid cancellation fees must be paid in full before being allowed to book your next appointment. I completely understand that life happens, but please be mindful that when you don’t cancel your appointment in advance I miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment time with someone from my cancellation list. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment may result in you having to reschedule, which will be considered a “no show” and therefore you will be charged accordingly.
